On September 3,2000, Keeper's of the Flame Ministry, was birthed from a continuous prayer vigil operating day and night, 24/7 at the ministry of "Bethel Fellowship Church". Keeper's of the Flame Intercessory prayer ministry, prayed for needs of the people, Churches, our Nation, the Nations, a special prayer focus on Israel, and for the Great Spiritual Awakening move of God around the world. (1Thessalonians 5:17)
Our vision is to connect with Intercessors by equipping and believe God to Transform our State and Nation! To help Intercessors in Kentucky and across this nation to unite together in Intercessory prayer, raise up prayer alters in every city, town, and throughout our nation and beyond for a "Spiritual Breakthrough." There is power when we come together. (Psalms 133:1-3)
It is the Lord Himself raising this army of Spirit-filled Intercessors to labor in fervent intercession for the cleansing and unity of the body of Christ, the Church. For the birthing of a Great Awakening move of God (Revival) in the earth.
Ephesians 4:11-12 "And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:"
"My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you." (Galatians 4:19)
“Pray without ceasing” (I Thessalonians 5:17)
One person cannot pray without ceasing, but a body of many believers can! Together we stand in agreement for God’s will to be done on earth as it is in heaven! (Matthew 6:10)
There was always a sacrifice of prayer and fasting at the alters in the temple.
“Anna departed not from the temple, but served God with fasting and prayers night and day.”
(Luke 2:36-37)
“Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.”
(Acts 3:1)
Prayer will change the present course of our future, it will change the nations, it will change us!
Prayer in the past has “subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, waxed valiant in fight, turned to fight the armies of the aliens, women received their dead raised to life.” (Hebrews 11:33-35)
