That book is “Releasing Prophetic Destiny of a Nation” by Dutch Sheets and Chuck Pierce. In that book, Linda found these words:

Kentucky April 19-20, 2004 - "Our 50-state conference theme was "The Trumpet has sounded-- it’s Time to Run with the Horses!"
​The back-drop on the stage (from which we led the meetings) affirmed that theme with a picture of a silver trumpet that appeared to be blowing numerous galloping horses out of the bell as it sounded! Only a couple of weeks before the Kentucky Derby, we could actually sometimes hear and feel the pounding of horses’ hoofs as we were led into incredible times of prophetic worship with Ray Hughes and Selah."

Barbara Yoder declared:
“Kentucky is on the verge of it’s biggest change. God is loosing the horses, the runners, and the riders in Kentucky. They will ride and run through this nation once again. There is a breaking out that is going to occur in Kentucky. It is a first fruit state for revival."
"Lexington is the stable for the warhorses. From here the horses will be released across the nation. Get ready, I am calling you to war like you cannot imagine!”

Chuck Pierce declared on May first the day of the Kentucky Derby, "the sound of the horses would release the movement of war in the earth like never before. There would also be a supernatural release to receive new strength and to move forward. The Lord said that out of Kentucky would come a sound that would cause the nations to come into conflict, but the Bride will rise up and it will be a call of freedom.”

Dutch Sheets declared was: “Discerning of spirits will be released to God’s people for there is a strong, strong deliverance anointing coming to the state of Kentucky. Once again, he said a strong, strong, strong spirit of deliverance is coming.”

We are entering the season of the breaker anointing - which will require unity among intercessors in Kentucky. We believe this breaker anointing will spread like a wildfire across the United States and even beyond once intercessors get the revelation and pray it through in their states.

What is the breaker anointing? The Lord shows us through the words He gave to the prophet Micah:

“I will surely assemble all of you, O Jacob, I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together like sheep of the fold, like a flock in the midst of their pasture; They shall make a loud noise because of so many people. The one who breaks open will come up before them; They will break out, pass through the gate, and go out by it; Their king will pass before them, with the Lord at their head” (Micah 2:12-13)

Let’s dig out this revelation. Strong’s Hebrew Interlinear explains what the breaker is: “primitive root; to break out (in many applications, direct and indirect, literal and figurative):--X abroad, (make a) breach, break (away, down, -er, forth, in, up), burst out, come (spread) abroad, compel, disperse, grow, increase, open, press, scatter, urge.”

What this means is the breaker—this breaker anointing—will break down all opposition to God’s will. With the opposition broken, we can walk through the door to freedom, moving out of the bondage the enemy has kept Kentucky in for decades. Just as the Lord, the King of Israel, brought the Israelites out of the land of Egypt, so He will break the forces that have hindered a move of God in Kentucky—and this nation. He will set the captives free through this breaker anointing!
